My schedule doesn't look right. What should I do?

Your schedule is created based on the input that you have provided. These are the main characteristics that determine your schedule:
  • Goal Race Date (the schedule prepares you for your goal race)
  • Personal Availability (the days of the week you are able to run submitted at registration)
  • Historical Race Information (your current fitness level based on a timed result)
  • Future Non-Goal Race (if you plan to run a race as part of your training before a goal race such as a 5K prior to a Marathon)
  • Training Log (what you have actually done)

To update your Goal Race
  • Click on the Goals & Results page
  • Click Add New Race
  • Enter the information about your goal race
  • Be sure to check the box next to Goal Race
  • Click Submit when you are done

To update your personal availability
To update your Historical Race Information
  • Click on the Races page
  • Click the pencil icon to the right of your past race result
  • Update the information
  • Click Save Race Info when you are done

To update your future non-goal Race
  • Click on the Races page
  • Click Add New Race
  • Enter the information about your goal race
  • Leave the box next to Goal Race unchecked
  • Click Save Race Info when you are done

To update your Training Log
  • Click on the Training page
  • Update with your past activity
  • Click More Options (located in the upper right)
  • Click Recalculate
