How do I change my schedule preferences?

To change your schedule preferences, follow the steps below:
  • Click on your picture from the upper right corner and then select Settings
  • Click on Schedule Preferences
  • A breakdown of your workouts for the week will appear
  • Mark any necessary changes
  • When you are done, click Update
  • Wait a moment for your new schedule to generate.  Then click on your Training page to view your new assignments.
