Our system is fully automated to provide customized schedules. When you first register, we will ask you some questions regarding your current fitness, running history, past races, goals, and schedule preferences. Then we will customize a schedule for you. There will be a full description of the workout assignment each day so that will eliminate a lot of the guess work that might have gone into your training plans in the past. As you record your progress in the training log, the schedule will adjust to you. For example, if you get sick for a few days, the schedule will ease up. Or if you run a new personal best at a 5k, the paces will get a little harder.
