Can I change my schedule preferences each week?

We encourage you to follow the schedule as closely as possible, but we realize that work and family commitments can sometimes get in the way.  It's fine to flip flop days here and there as long as:
  • you are hitting the overall weekly range
  • you don't do a long run and pace run on consecutive days (You should have at least one lighter day in between.  This can be either a rest day, a cross training day, or an easy run.)
