Paces are calculated from your most recent race submitted at registration. If this is not an accurate estimate of your current fitness level, please enter another race or time trial. You can use any distance. It does not have to be the same distance as your goal race..
You may update the races section as frequently as you would like. The paces will always be pulled from your most recent race or time trial.
You may edit your preferences so that your paces are compiled from your fastest race by selecting Options from the upper right corner of your pace chart.
