We work with people with a variety of experience. Some are walkers. Others run but take walking breaks. Others run the entire distance. Others have qualified for the Olympic Trials.
No matter where you are starting out, we will design a program that will fit your current physical fitness and training goals. The mileage and number of minutes we assign are based on your 1 mile race estimate. You can replace all references to "run" with "walk." The important thing is that the paces are correct.
