I've seen references to making a workout a time trial in order to generate updated pacing. What I can't seem to find: as a technical matter, how do I make a workout a time trial? In other words, where do I mark / enter a workout as a time trial?

I apologize for the confusion. To log a workout as a time trial, log it as a race on the Goals & Results page. The schedule will then recalculate with the new information.
