As a triathlete, I do a lot of swimming and biking in addition to my running. I frequently have to do 2-a-days. Is there a way to adjust the run coach training so that I'm not overtraining? I seem to struggle frequently with my scheduled speed and tempo runs (don't hit the target paces).

Please utilize our customization tools to adjust your runcoach schedule to better match your triathlon training needs:
1. Click your profile picture, select Settings, and scroll down to select Schedule Preferences
2. Use the drop down schedule matrix to configure the type of workout(s) you would like to do on each day
3. Click Update and wait a moment while your schedule recalculates
4. Return to your Training page to view your new schedule
