I have a schedule for a marathon in October and was sticking to it well. Today I ran and was told after that I had reached a 'new level of fitness' and was asked if I would like to recalculate my schedule, to which I said yes. However the schedule now seems to leave me horribly unprepared, with no run over 10km. Is there any way to revert back to the original schedule?
