I realize that RunCoach is designed for run training with one scheduled activity per day but is it possible to schedule multiple activities in a single day?
How do other multisport athletes incorporate brick days in your schedule?
We do not currently have the ability to assign multiple workouts on one day, but you can log as many as you’d like in the training log. We have many triathletes who use runcoach to craft their overall plan as well as the running portion. These athletes then supplement with bike/swim workouts on the scheduled days and keep their log up to date with great success. We profiled two of them in a newsletter a few years ago.
